Kepakaran Dosen:
Prof. Agus Sabdono memiliki kepakaran di bidang ilmu kelautan, khususnya mikrobiologi laut, bioteknologi kelautan, biodiversitas biota laut, serta eksplorasi senyawa bioaktif dari organisme laut dan mikroorganisme simbionnya. Fokus riset beliau meliputi bakteri dan fungi yang berasosiasi dengan karang, spons, nudibranch, serta organisme laut lainnya untuk pengembangan senyawa antibakteri, antimikroba, antioksidan, dan bioteknologi lingkungan. Penelitian beliau juga mencakup kajian ekologi laut, kesehatan terumbu karang, sedimentasi pesisir, serta pemanfaatan sumber daya hayati laut untuk aplikasi farmasi, kesehatan, dan konservasi ekosistem laut.
